Pool Resin 10L Kit

 

 

POOL EPOXY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

Kit Contents:

 

5L Base Colour (Part A)

 

5L Catalyst/Hardener (Part B)

Total mixed volume: 10L → Covers ±40m²

1. Surface Preparation (MOST IMPORTANT)

 

✔ 1.1 Drain the Pool Completely

 

Pump all water out.

 

Ensure the surface is 100% dry before starting.

 

 

✔ 1.2 Clean the Entire Pool

 

Remove algae, chalking, dust, or loose paint.

 

Use a pool acid wash or degreaser to remove oils and contaminants.

 

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

 

 

✔ 1.3 Allow the Pool to Dry Fully

 

Minimum 24–48 hours drying time depending on weather.

 

 

✔ 1.4 Repair Cracks & Defects

 

Use cementitious or epoxy repair grout.

 

Sand smooth once cured.

 

 

✔ 1.5 Sand the Entire Surface

 

Use 80–120 grit sanding discs.

 

2. Mixing the Epoxy (10L KIT)

 

✔ Mixing Ratio:

 

5L Base Colour (A) + 5L Catalyst (B)

→ Mix full kit ONLY when ready to apply.

 

✔ Mixing Instructions

1. Open both Part A & Part B.

2. Pour Part B into Part A completely.

3. Use an electric mixer for 3–5 minutes.

4. Ensure the mixture becomes uniform in colour with no streaks.

5. Allow 5–10 minutes induction time (rest time after mixing).
