6. Installations

For installation projects:

• The client must ensure site access and readiness
• Any delays caused by site conditions may affect timelines and costs
• Final finish may vary slightly due to substrate condition and environmental factors

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

No returns will be accepted for:
• Opened, used, or applied products
• Custom or project-specific materials

All rights remain subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

8. Warranties & Liability

• We provide workmanship and product guidance in good faith
• No guarantee is provided for outcomes where preparation or application is outside our control
• Deco Floors SA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
